Fixes mail file moves to Trash when NED runs against non-default mail root paths.

  1. In ned/actions.py:
  • Auto-detects effective mail root from Notmuch database config when settings.mail_root does not exist on disk.
  • Extracts file-specific mail root in _mail_file_account_and_root so files living in alternate mounts (e.g. /mnt/Mail) plan moves within their actual root.
  • Detects existing account Trash folders ([Gmail]/Trash, Trash, .Trash) and Inbox folders (Inbox, INBOX).
  • Uses shutil.move in BulkMoveWorker for cross-device filesystem resilience.
  1. In lazarus/actions.py:
  • Captures current thread ID before advancing selection in delete_thread and restore_thread_from_trash.
  1. In lazarus/client.py:
  • Refuses to spawn a local daemon when NED_URL is set.
