This PR cleans up unused allocations, removes unnecessary desktop module introspection in the headless daemon, and updates project documentation.

  1. Search model optimization:
  • Removed unused json_str serialization on SearchModel.refresh().
  • Removed unused json import in lazarus/search.py.
  1. NED decoupling:
  • Removed _get_collector() in ned/actions.py. All move actions call collect_files directly.
  • Avoided inspecting sys.modules for desktop packages inside the headless daemon.
  1. Packaging and documentation:
  • Removed redundant py_modules from setup.py.
  • Updated agent.md module table with accurate line counts, added settings.py and actions.py, and updated test counts to 437.
