Summary of changes

Calculated drop intent directly from client drop event coordinates to eliminate React state latency and misclassified drops.
Calibrated drop intent thresholds to 35% before / 30% inside / 35% after to reduce accidental nesting.
Replaced iterative array scans in isDescendantOf and getAllDescendants with Map-based hierarchy traversals.
Enforced contiguous descendant placement on drop insertion to prevent split tree hierarchies.
