Transform the notebook into a persistent, dockable workbench across the entire wiki and unify search into the top application header.

Summary of changes

1. Docked workbench (src/components/notebook/DockedNotebook.tsx):

• Persistent drawer supporting multiple notebooks, custom folder trees, inline notes, drag-and-drop hierarchy, and JSON import/export.
• Wiki as preview pane: clicking any item smoothly scrolls to that card on the page or navigates to the item's route.
• In-list inline creation for custom groups and custom items.

2. Global navigation and search header (src/components/AppHeader.tsx, src/context/PageFilterContext.tsx):

• Pinned search bar in the top header replaces the floating PageFilterBar on all 9 topic views.
• Automatically connects to on-page filters and #tag autocomplete when viewing topical pages.
• Defaults to the global search trigger (opening the Command Palette via /) on general pages.
• Shows current active notebook name, item count, and toggle button (Ctrl+B).

3. Responsive layout handling (src/components/AppShell.tsx, src/components/SidebarTOC.tsx):

• Viewports under 1536px automatically collapse the left Table of Contents when the docked workbench is open.
• Viewports at or above 1536px display the left Table of Contents, main reading column, and right docked notebook simultaneously.
• Removed duplicate pinned items section from SidebarTOC.tsx.
• Removed standalone /notebook split preview in favor of redirecting to / with the docked workbench active.

Verification steps

1. python3 scripts/audit.py passed with 0 errors.
2. npm run build compiled all 481 static routes with 0 errors.
3. Test Ctrl+B or clicking the header notebook pill to toggle the drawer open and closed.
4. Filter on any sphere, class, or gear page using the top header search bar.
