Adds exclusion search operators to both the Command Palette and floating search header:

Negative Tags: -#tag (e.g. -#guardian, -#drawback) excludes all items matching the tag.
Negative Tokens: -word (e.g. -buckler) excludes items mentioning the word in name, tags, or snippet.
Negative Phrases: -"exact phrase" excludes items containing the exact quoted phrase.
Tag Autocomplete: Autocomplete activates on both # and -# and cleanly inserts -#tag .
Shared Architecture: Both Command Palette and the page search headers use the unified parseSearchQuery and scoreItem engine in src/utils/searchRank.ts with strict AND matching.
