Emails without an HTML part would render blank when default_to_html is
True. Now message:html mode falls through to the plaintext pipeline
when body_html() returns empty, so plaintext-only emails display
correctly without needing to press H.

Also add .agent file with project architecture summary.

All other tag icons are Private Use Area Nerd Font glyphs;
this keeps attachment () consistent with the rest.
